UPMATIC 4060 DR-1 OMRON PICKER

Fully automated solution for case packing both bags and trays simultaneously or individually. 

The product is received on the center infeed conveyor and picked up by powerful 4-armed OMRON picker robots. The robots gently place the product in all types of boxes

The empty crates (IFCO, Europoll, cardboard, etc.) are received on the belts on the side. The system can work with multiple box types simultaneously. 

Package capacity: up to 32 beats/minute/robot

In the example shown, 3 robots are combined to give a total capacity of 96 beats/minute

Fully automated case packer for both bags and trays

The product is received on the top infeed belt, after which they are placed according to the predetermined pattern and gently placed in the box.

The empty boxes (IFCO, Europoll, cardboard, etc.) are received on the bottom belt. 

Packet capacity: up to 40 bars/minute 

Available with shaker to better distribute the product in the box after filling.
