UPMATIC 802

UPMATIC 802 is a small belt scale made for manual filling of bags and boxes

The weigher is operated with a foot pedal and has a support plate for bags/boxes under the weighing hopper.

Made in the characteristic strong Upmann design.

Up to 8 tons of potatoes per hour

UPMATIC 1810 and 1805

UPMATIC 1810 and 1805 are fully automatic weighing machines with single or double weigh hoppers. Product is dosed to the weighing hoppers using individual vibrating feed chutes, which close individually as the desired weight is reached. When the weight is correct, the feed troughs stop and the product is dropped onto a cross belt below.

The cross conveyor can deliver the portion to either the right or left, feeding 2 packaging machines, either of the same type at the same time or different types independently of each other.

Best suited for products such as potatoes, onions, carrots etc.

Capacity (depending on product type):

up to 25 kg: 7-9 strokes/minute

up to 50 kg: 5-7 strokes/minute

UPMATIC 1401ISE (FOOD GRADE)

UPMATIC 1401ISE is a versatile scale suitable for weighing a wide range of food products.

• Made of stainless steel
• Weighing range depends on product density: 0.25 kg to 70 kg
• Capacity: 5 kg: approx. 6-8 beats/minute
  

Hygiene and cleanliness play an important role in the food industry. That's why this scale is designed in a special "easy-clean" design that allows easy cleaning and maintenance. The parts of the machine that are in contact with the product, including the vibrating feed troughs, weighing hopper etc. can be dismantled easily and without the use of tools.

The machine can either deliver directly to one packaging machine or can be purchased with a cross conveyor to deliver to 2 packaging machines.
