UPMATIC paper bag packers

UPMANN has a long range of packaging machine models for packing paper bags in different sizes. The smallest machine can handle bags from 0.5 kg to 4 kg and the largest machine can handle bags up to 50 kg.

Capacities depend on bag sizes, examples are the following:

UPMATIC 4404 - paper bags 1kg up to 22 beats/minute

UPMATIC 4110 - paper bags 10kg up to 30 beats/minute

The bags are fed from the magazine to the filling station where the product is filled and the bag is sewn. It is possible to apply labels in the sewing process.
