Net sorter

Used to sort potatoes and onions by square size. The machine is made up of sections with shaking screens that move forward. The product falls through onto the cross belts if they are smaller than the sieve. The sizes of the sieves are defined individually as needed

Diameter sorting

Used to sort by diameter using rotating smooth rollers where the distance between the rollers determines what size product falls through onto the cross belts. The distance between these rollers can be changed incrementally over the different sections and as the distance changes, every other roller lowers its position. This ensures correct placement of the product between the rollers. The speed can be adjusted by frequency control.

The length of the machine depends on the desired number of sections/sorting and is available in the following widths:

R80 = 800 mm wide rollers

R120 = 1200 mm wide rollers

R150 = 1500 mm wide rollers

R180 = 1800 mm wide rollers

R200 = 2000 mm wide rollers

R260 = 2600 mm wide rollers

Blunt remover/length sorter

Used for carrots or similar long products, to separate small pieces and short products. The product is fed forward from one section of vibrating chute to the next section of vibrating chute. The distance between these determines what size products fall between them and are sorted out.

The length of the machine depends on the desired number of sections/sorting and is available in the following widths:

L75 = 750 mm working width

L100 = 1000 mm working width

L120 = 1200 mm working width

L150 = 1500 mm working width

L180 = 1800 mm working width

L200 = 2000 mm working width
