Stone milling separator

Used to remove heavy clods and stones by using a pump that pushes the products with water flow towards the product belt. Because stones are heavy and cannot stay out of the water, they land in a hopper and are removed with a belt under the hopper.

Removing floating objects

Designed to remove floating pieces from the product. For example, loose pieces of skin, branches and leaves. The product is heavier than the pieces to be removed and therefore they are separated from each other. Anything floating on top of the water is removed by fingers running at the top of the water bath. The product moves on with a belt. Capacities between 25-80 tons/hour

Polishing machines

The polishers consist of a drum with brushes where both the drum and brushes rotate. system to give root vegetables a premium look and remove any irregularities on the product. Available with different types of brushes depending on the product and needs, as well as a water recycling system and filters to remove grass and other particles.

Felt drying machines

Used to dry root vegetables after washing. The machine consists of felt-covered rollers that absorb the water from the products on the upper side and a counter pressure on the underside that presses the water out of the felt again.
