UPMATIC 1351 - Mesh bag packs
Fully automatic packaging machine for weaving polyethylene bags suitable for all bulk and grain products. The machine is extremely robust and very easy to operate.
The machine works with netting from a roll that is sized to the desired package size, i.e. folded in the bottom and pre-welded at the sides. The machine divides the bags, fills the portion in the bag, sews it at the top.
Capacity:
5kg bags = 25 beats/minute
12.5kg bags = 20 beats/minute
25kg bags = 17 beats/minute
UPMATIC 3015 - jute sack packs
Semi-automatic filling machine for various types of bags.
The bag is applied manually, then filled and fed to a fully automatic sewing station. It is possible to apply labels in the sewing process.
New "Quick change" system ensures fast and safe thread changes and easy access to the sewing machine.
Capabilities:
Up to 25kg = 10 beats/minute
Up to 50kg = 6 beats/minute
Sack dimensions (jute sacks 50 kg): width: 600 mm, length: 1,100 mm
