Unique Lamination

ScanStore Packing laminates in 2, 3 and up to 5-layer laminates.

The types of film we laminate include OPP, PET, OPA, PE, aluminum, paper and more.

We use the latest production equipment for solvent-free lamination. We specialize in high-sterilization products for the food industry.

Laser perforation

It is the perforation of the film that is crucial when it comes to controlling the balance between carbon dioxide and oxygen levels in the packaging. The perforation consists of small holes in the packaging that are not necessarily visible to the naked eye, but we always check with a camera.

The right balance between carbon dioxide and oxygen, the OTR value, for each individual product is what determines how long the product can last in the packaging.

With our modern equipment, we can seasonally adapt the packaging solution for vegetables, no matter when they are harvested.
