Box tipper with low drop height

The drop limit box tipper is a box tipper where the drop is limited, resulting in less damage to the product. The tipping of the box is done in three steps:

1. Place the box in the machine and clamp it against a cover plate.

2. The box is rotated 135⁰ degrees, the product lies against the cover plate

3. After the box has been rotated, push the top cover plate. This creates a hole in the top of the box, which causes the product to roll gently onto the conveyor belt.
